well i cant get to my internet its laggy and I cant get to some sites... I need help.. can you recomend a online virus scan or?

I did the virus scan and It said taht i have no known virus proctection programs and that my pc is exposed for hackers.. I have avast and zone alarm for firewall..

can you recomend some free antivirus programs?

Norton is the best, in my opinion but I'm sure they don't do a free version (although I could be wrong). Kaspersky is pretty good also, and I know that they do a free version, but I think it might be a trial. Have you tried the online trend micro virus scan?
