[1:] Save it to your desktop.
[2:] Click on the icon it creates and let it run
[3:] I need the following information from it.
[4:] First click on the Mainboard tab at the top of the window and give me Manufacturer and Model number it shows
[5:] Click on the Memory tab and give me the Type and Size of memory it shows.
[6:] Click on the SPD tab and get me the Max Bandwidth line information.

OK I think I found it. Go HERE main Intel chipset driver for your chipset. Now in the list are several different chipsets. I would imagine yours is the first one.

It downloaded a program that said it installed the drives onto my computer,but nothing happend.

Take a look in the device manager again and see if any of the yellow exclamation marks are gone now.

I finally got ahold of the manufacturer, they sent me the drivers...Could you help walk me through installing them?

Did they send you a disk or to a website?
If a website can you give em the link so I can see what the file types were so I can instruct you further.

I have a problem tho...I restored my computer to before I installed the drives and they are still on the computer....Do I need to get rid of these before I install more drivers?

Nope you are going to go into the Device manager again.
Now let me ask did you save all the drivers in one folder on your desktop so we could find them easier?
If not do you have them at least all saved in one location?
