My Firefox browser is frequently redirecting and I cannot update my SAS. Assistance and direction is appreciated.
Also how do I know I'm on the administrator before running TFC?

The first thing to do is follow Malware and Spyware Cleaning Guide »
If you are still having problems then you need to create a post in the Virus, Spyware and Trojan Removal forum.
As far as your Administrator Question, you are running Windows XP, as long as you are logged in on an administrator account, you should be ok!
