Internal speaker&my own spearkers giving sound at the same time

Hi!

After clicking Repair on Windows installation CD there comes sound from internal speaker altough I have my own speakers,so I hear sound from internal speaker and speakers at the same time.Can someone tell me how to turn internal speaker off that I will hear sound just from my speakers?
