Just curious,
Why, when I read these files in DumpChk, is says that these errors are caused by ntoskrnl.exe but bluescreenview says it's tcp/ip?

I suggest that you start a new topic in the Malware Removal and Spyware Removal area.

Before you start a new topic click on this link --> Malware and Spyware Cleaning Guide, Please read before starting a new topic. This will give you a few preparations to make, as well as instruction for posting your OTListIt2 log.

If you are still having problems after being given a clean bill of health from the malware expert, then please return to THIS thread and we will pursue other options to help you solve your current problem(s).

Hi, thanks for the reply. This system was reloaded just a few days prior to my post. I went thru the cleaning guide and everything is clean. Please advise as to what I should do next.

When you read .dmp files, you have to look at "Image_name", not at WHERE it happened.

Try to reinstall network card driver?
Any errors in Device Manager?

Reinstalled nic driver with same results. Dell replaced motherboard, ram, processor and power supply. Still broke. I installed a new intel gigabit nic and got the bsod again today.

In this case, I'd really chase Dell before your warranty expires.
They fix it, or they replace it. Be firm.

yes, that's what im trying to do. The strange thing is that we have several dell pc's, all the same model or similar, and several are experiencing the BSOD. Dell says it's software causing this but are trying to fic it anyway.

Well, if they replaced almost all parts, how can it be software problem?
