Can't access itunes store or livestream video

Hi everyone, I am new to these boards and am looking for some assistance. I am running Windows Vista and for the last week or so I have been having trouble accessing my itunes store and more recently I have been having trouble using livestream.

I am not very familiar with computers so I don't want to start to mess around without some knowledgeable advice
