recovery drive

i got a recovery disk from dell and my recovery drive went to c drive and my 98 gb is on d drive and all my programs are goin to the c drive recovery how can i switch my c drive with my d drive or do i have to start all over again to make my d drive the recovery drive again any ideas be great
