PLEASE HELP! 0x0000007E stop message

Please someone help. I am getting the BSOD. The stop message code is 0x0000007e. I cannot get into ANY modes. I have NO cds; and I need this computer repaired. Can someone PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help me. Thanks in Advance. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
