Your current folder is Windows.1
You SHOULD be safe to delete the other windows folders.
Make sure you have all your documents and files out of the other windows folders then just delete them.
As for the format of the drive is it the new or old drive you need to format

i did what you said by deleting the list and the folder.

i don't have problem with the formatting anymore it was a new drive. i was able to format it.

no more problems anymore thanks again.
