Everytime I go to 'Uninstall Program' it says that here is no programs installed. My laptop is fairly new and I used to be able to uninstall programs fine. I've also scanned my computer for viruses to see if that's the problem but Kapersky says there's no viruses. Could someone help me please?

Here's what it looks like:

Please download SystemLook from one of the links below and save it to your Desktop.
Download Mirror #1
Download Mirror #2

  • Double-click SystemLook.exe to run it.
  • Vista users:: Right click on SystemLook.exe, click Run As Administrator
  • Copy the content of the following box into the main textfield:
    :reg
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall
  • Click the Look button to start the scan.
  • When finished, a notepad window will open with the results of the scan. Please post this log in your next reply.
Note: The log can also be found on your Desktop entitled SystemLook.txt

He gave you step by step instructions. What can we do to help to make it easier?
If you can't do it or don't understand the instructions let us know because we can't do it for you. We have to depend on you to be able to run the steps and give us the logs or results so we can further advise on what to do.
