USB Ports does NOT detect any of my hardware

Good day
Ive got a problem, just now my pc did not detect my usb mouse, usb flash disk, usb scanner and printer... how could this happen when just yesterday i used all of them. i thought the power lines were out but when i turn the pc off and then on the power is there but when it enters the log in screen it looses power for my devices..

First thing I would probably try is tro remove all the "Universal Bus Controllers" in Device Manager and reboot. When Windows restarts it should re-discover the 'new hardware' and reinstall the necessary drivers ... which would hopefully resolve the problem.
