Hi, please help me I am struggling to solve this problem.

Yesterday my pc started freezing completely to the point of having to turn it off to make it do anything. I realised there was a problem but it won't let me run malwarebytes or bitdefender - everytime I try about a minute into the scan the pc freezes up again. Managed to reboot in safe mode and run malwarebytes. it picked up 3 infected files with trojan dropper. It said they were fixed but when the pc is restarted the same problem is still there.

Please help me this is driving me insane!!! Writing this from my laptop.
