Well I need some help I just got this laptop last week from my buddie all the things i have had happend so far i have been able to fix till now... I have a Isass.exe application error I can't do anything i can get to the windows advance options but it dosent help, they all end up giving me the same screen with the error... My cd/drive willnt read a disc, I dont have the window xp disc either my buddie didnt keep the disc in a good place i guess... What can i do Is there a way i can get to the c prompt screen so i can get to my program files cause this computer has restore program where it can start all over and reload windows xp and be like new help me please ..
