i down loaded a vista repair and virus check i need to find out where but i ran it on my xp machine which had the loop i just brought up the screen with the selections on it took the cd back out rebooted then chkdsk ran and im back in bussiness it was a fluck but hey it works and just thought i would let you know i thinkl if you google vista repair and yes i know its xp you should be able to find it if not email me maybe i can send this to you
