Ok apparently I got two problems with my pc ... i tried formating it but it just didnt solve the problem so far..
first : I can use my Task Manager .. everytime i try to run it i get this:
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error!

Program C:\Prgoram Files\.....

-floating point not loaded

and Second i got this lame error thing that keeps poping up every minute or two.. :

Windows - No Disl
Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf7c 4 75b6bf7c 75b6bf7c

so if some help here please
