PC shuts down - seemingly when under a "load"

The memory diagnostics runs outside of windows and therefor if it is a windows issue the system should stay running.
If the issue still continues then it is either PSU, Memory or a motherboard issue.
Chkdsk runs outside of windows also so if the system shuts down running it then we need to take a look at the other hardware.,
I will wait till you have digested this all and replied with how you would like to proceed.
