I just got a new laptop with Windows 7 Home Premium, and I've started to install some programs onto it. One of these is "Samsung New PC Studio", which I got with my cellphone. However, I'm having problems with fulling installing it, as during the installation, all the drivers failed to install. As a result, my phone can't connect with the laptop, and opening the program results in a small window opening saying:

FsUsbService64
Service Initiali Failed

Is there anyway to fix this?

Also, if you don't mind me asking this here as well, how do you get to change your startup programs on Windows 7?
