im having the same problem as the topic " Virus/Trojan sending emails from my Laptop. [Solved], When I connect to Internet, my Laptop becomes a SPAM Machine."
I've tried to follow the steps you offered.
- downloaded Avenger
- run Avenger
- followed till last step

result was :
- dewae.exe does not found

please can i have your reply i've been facing this problem for almost a week.

Let me explain how everything happened.
i entered a website ntbooks.com rather than netbooks.com i clicked a photo that i thought it was a link but it actually infected me, then the Symantec antivirus detected encrypted messages that are being sent.

i tried Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware , combofix, and avira.

when i read yesterday the same problem with Tarek , i dowloded gmer but it is not finishing its scan it is freezing in drivers sometimes or in system32 folder.

i really need your help please.
Nothing is working.
