Hello, I need major help!

Here is my issue....I was surfin the net and "Windows Defender" infected my system. This was not the first time so I knew how to combat it. When previously infected I turned off my computer and booted in safe mode, ran Malwarebytes and problem was solved. So this time I turned off computer and got the infamous blue screen error, here are the details. BAD_POOL_CALLER ***STOP: OXOOOOOOC2 (0X00000043,0XD3122000,0X00000000,0X00000000.

I have tried removing memory cards one at a time and also switching their spots and no luck. PLEASE HELP!!
