my brothers comp has a small window popping up constantly, winbo32, with the letters DOH. we have run several virus scans, spy ware scans and dont seem to be able to get rid of it. his operating system is windows 98. it seems to be freezing things on his comp, stops him from completing tasks. please help. any suggestions u have will be appreciated
