I'm looking for a program that can convert a single DVD ~Just the episodes / Movie on it~

Into a single MP4/MKV video file was subtitles and audio that can be selected.
I've seen some programs raging from like 70-120.

DX
But I don't want to spend my money pointlessly.
Can anyone help?
