I have an Acer laptop with Vista installed. On the last update, it did the usual reset, installed correctly and everything, but the wireless router has completely disappeared. The switch on the front only brings up "No Wireless Device" in green text, and there's nothing when I click on wireless card settings.

I tried a system restore to earlier in the day, and it didn't help at all. Any information or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Try changing the wireless channel on the router's configuration web-page.
