It seems I have damaged my dad's laptop again...

To execute a program, I must select the 3rd option on the drop down menu, which is currently "Boost with Advanced System Care", a menu option put in by a program which I have since deleted from the computer....

Double-clicking, selecting open, or trying to run from the "run" prompt gives the error message "This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Create an association in the Folder Options control panel."

Please Help... :)

Many Thanks in advance,
Alan

Me again. I'm sorry, I just fixed it. Actually, I am not sorry, I am happy.
Just sorry to waste your time.
