I got no sound on the interent what so ever. but when I log onto another profile on my computer got sound on internet there. not sure what happened or what I did but I need help any would be nice. should be pretty simple problem but I cant seem too figure it out

its not a driver issue. sound works fine on the internet when I log onto a different profile on the computer say the guest profile works fine but when I go too the administrator account it doesnt play on the internet.
