Hello, I've just received a second Argosy HV335T media player and windows xp and win 7 does not see it! Gotta be a trick to this thang? Hard drive is brand new sata wd 500g. I've even hooked it up to me puter & formated ntfs but still nda. It's as if the connection isn't good inside to the serial, but there is/was no problem installing screws so must be in "all the way" I'm at wits end! thanks
