Hello. I keep getting the following error message: exception processing message 0xc0000012 Parameters 0x755C57EC 0x755C57EC 0x00001E08 0x755C57EC. Also, when I open my laptop (Dell Studio 1537) and its CD drive is empty, the drive clicks a few times. Are the two issues linked? What should I do?
