I have a Dell Insperon B130; The problem started 3 days ago. I tried burning a CD, but I got an error message on my iTunes, something about burning error?

since then, my SONY DVD+-RW DW-Q58A cd drive won't work.
Windows does recognize it and all. when I insert any type of CD, it reads it, stops, reads, stops, reads, and then just stops.

I have tried un/re-installing the drives, updating, rollingback, Device Manager>Uninstall..

is there anything else I can do? thanks.
