On one of my computers, every time I try to open a picture, it automatically attempts to open it with Microsoft Office Picture Manager. I would like to change this so that I can open pictures without this program and in a more simple way. How can I change this setting?

In order to tell you how depends on which Operating System you're using: Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, etc.?
