i am unable to run any malware tools

Hi

when i try to open explorer i get a message application cannot be found

Have just system restored now it says cannot access a specific path

ave tried starting explorer and other applications and the messages windows cannot acess the specific path or file you may not have the appropriate permission to acess the item

please help
