:tazz: In Outlook 2000 I cannot seem to find any way to change the line spacing in the Notes section of the Contacts. The problem comes when I import text into my Contacts Notes section. Oftentimes it imports as double or triple spaced text and I wish to change the text back into single spacing. When I click on "Format" and "Paragraph" I get a little popup that is a mini version of what I would get in MSWord. There is no option for changing the line spacing. My current solution is to open MSWord, copy & paste the text I want to change into Word and then change the line spacing in Word. Then I have to cut and paste the correctly reformatted text back into Outlook.

Is there any way to get Outlook to open the same paragraph formatting popup that I get in MSWord? If not, is there some other way to change the Notes' line spacing?

Thanks.
