:) PLEASE HELP! whenever i do a virus scan on my husbands notebook, whether it's AVG, MALWAREBYTES or even AVAST it FREEZES either on windows/system32/wdfapi.dll or windows/system32/wbtapi.dll, cannot do anything i have to physcially close computer and restart. i have tried everything to clean, is this a virus or can i just restore to a certain point.

please help! :)
