I found the previous post on this via my PC but it did not correct this situation. I'm helping out a buddy who has a laptop & this dialog box with this garbage keeps popping up.

rundll32.exe Application not found

It zapped his wireless connection software as well so I can not connect it to the Internet either.

I tried to run his Malware but I keep getting the "open with" box & of course that is NO help. I tried running disk cleanup as well...same result..."open with".

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Found a solution to my friends problem.

Goto the site below. I ran the first recommended product & my problem was solved!!! Hope this helps others experiencing this pain the neck!
