Epson sx415 printing random characters and numbers for web pages

hi, I have an epson sx415 printer and it has given me nothing but trouble since I got it.Recently when I print a web page the printer just prints out random characters some are also on top of one another(its gobbledygook).I have re-installed the printer and still am getting this problem.I have searched the web and just cannot find what it is that is causing this.Anyone have any ideas?
