Cannot connect laptop to wireless internet

As I flew through JFK, I tried to connect in the wifi station, and got 2 bars, with an exclamation mark, saying I had no internet. Now that I´m in Spain, I keep getting the same thing. I tried the self fix, and got a dhp error, but have no idea how to fix it. Thoughts?

Running Windows 7 with AVG antivirus.
