Find and replace text string styles with Macros

I have a bunch of documents and I am trying do a find and replace macro to change the style of some of the text to Heading 1. I am trying to figure out a way to use a list or something to go look in the documents for those text strings and then replace the style with style heading 1. I wrote a macro for some of this but the code was very long.
