We had a complete system crash last night .... Windows XP home edition .... and I ran the system recovery. Got the internet working but I'm getting a persistent error message that reads 'C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Desktop is not accessible. Access is denied' Funny thing is that when you close the error message it re-appears, close it again and it's gone, but it's a real nuisance.

Does anybody know how I can solve this? Any help would be much appreciated.
