OK Blew them out, but they were pretty clean anyway. All seems well, thanks to you both for the help

It may just be the fan is not turning at a sufficient rate to cool.
Dirty or not fans do wear out over time and it may just be slowing down.
I am glad to hear it is working for you now. Please let us know how everything works in a couple of days.
