Verify that the folder exists in your system and that you have sufficient permission to update it......I check the trail and I do have the file...How do I get access so the software will download...thanks

Hello roy barrera,

Welcome to Geeks to Go...

Are you attempting to install over an existing trail version of Office 2007 or is this a brand new installation?

If you have a trail copy, it may be helpful to uninstall that trail version, along with any files from the failed installation, then reboot and try again.

Best of luck to you...
