i am unable to run malware tools

i went to the other forum and thay told me to run the malware removal tools and i couldnt run the malwarebytes program it down loaded but when it started rumming it cut its self off and when i tried to rerun it says i have inappropiate access to the files ..here is a link to the other forum subject i posted http://www.geekstogo...es-t270458.html
