My internet disconnects every 10 minutes and is very annoying! If i try to connect to neighbors internet i still lose connection every 10 minutes. But if I am on the laptop which I am not allowed to play games on i dont get diconnected, it makes no sense. I have a video I made so you can see my problem. if you made a video response to it that would be grateful.

Seems more like virus problem, make sure you have updated your antivirus, use hijackthis to clean your system.Or simplest and boring answer, format. Or call your network admin for help if you have one.
