I have used Geeks to Go twice and each time received great help in a timely manner. Instructions were always complete and very easy to follow. During the correction/repair of one of my problems, I even received customized text to cut and paste into one of the programs we were using to fix things.
Contrast this to the "support" I received from a PAY anti-virus program, who took TWO WEEKS to respond to my request for help, and then only to say they needed more information, without saying what info they needed or where I could get it.
I laughed because by that time I had already fixed the problem 10 days earlier with the help of the Geeks to Go staff. And the help you guys gave was FREE (although I did donate $5 to express my gratitude in a more concrete manner).
After my latest Trojan rootkit debacle and subsequent re-installation of Windows, I have loaded up on the free security software recommnded here, but it is definately a good feeling to know if that fails I can always get help here.
