My computer is a Geatway704GE With new PS500w And NVIDIA GeForce 8400 GS
Thinking of replaceing (Intel)
Product :#D915GSE Motherbord
With :Intel Love Valley G G965 Motherboard #4006153R
Will also replace Vid card and memory
Keeping my prossor ) Prescott Pentium® 4 CPU 3.40GHz with HT
OR shood i just forget it?

Realistically a machine from 2004 isn't worth upgrading for the very small boost you'll get. You'll do better to replace the entire unit.
