Could someone please help me!? Everything i try seems to make it worse. At first, it was just the about:blank in my browser, so i tried to scan with AVG and the computer just shuts down partway through the scan. Same thing with Ad-Aware, Spybot, and Panda online scan. I ran Spyware doctor and it said it removed 50 entries. last time i tried to run ad aware, it found Trojan Downloader.small.37.AW then the computer shut down before it finished the scan. Also, I ran CWShredder but it came up with nothing. I downloaded Ewido, but it needs to udate its database before you can use it. So I did. Computer shut down before the update could finish.
Then I tried to restart, but it just shutdown right away. I think my AVG and Ewido are interfering with each other, so i ran msconfig and disabled both of them. Then the computer started, and i returned to this site and went to the link for the panda online scanner. I started it (panda) and then the computer shut down again
. Now it will only start in safe mode. I had a hijack this log from normal mode (just before i tried the panda scan), but i think i lost it when the computer shut down. I have attached one from safe mode ( after failed attempt at panda scan) if it's of any use. I have a dell inspiron 5100 laptop, P4, 512mb ram, windows XP sp1. Please Help Me!!!
