Hello,

Have run itunes diagnostic--all should work ok per diagnostic, but unable to connect to the itunes store since upgrade to itunes 9.0.3. Am using Norton 360, disabled norton firewall and anti-virus and anti-phishing while attempting to connect to itunes. From other suggestions found in various forums, have flushed DNS, added apple specified exceptions to firewall.
Using explorer 7 with itunes 9.0.3.15. Have run norton 360 registry clean up. Updated microsoft windows. Used 3 different time update services to sync computer clock.
Lyksys Broadband router with DSL connection.

On same computer under different user account (also set up as administrator account) I am able to get into the itunes store. However, when click on subscribe to podcast link, or many other links within the store receive consistent error 1202. In that account tried to copy link on redeem button as suggested in other forum and have been unable to get around 1202 error while in the store. Ipod will syncronize in both accounts on same computer.

Any suggestions of how to fix will be appreciated.
Here is my most recent diagnostics from account where not able to open the itunes store:
