Im trying to create a chart and the help menu in microsoft works spreadsheet is telling me to go to format to create gridlines, and gridlines is not in there. So I went to Microsoft Works help and support to try and figure out why and I can type in a search, but when I try to go to the index, I get a blank page with a little box in the left corder with some shapes in it. Does this mean it can't find the index. Any help would be great on either problems. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help. Raye23
