help trojan will not go away,run virus scans,removers and nothing,pops up from AVG every 5 mins.aaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.......................................this is the the thing thats making my internet surfing a misery :- "C:\WINDOWS\Temp\twby.tmp\svchost.exe";"Trojan horse Pakes.AW";"Infected"
"C:\WINDOWS\Temp\kwgi.tmp\svchost.exe";"Trojan horse Cryptic.AK";"Infected"
Any ideas welcomed

Please go to the malware forum and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE.

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post an OTListIt log in THAT forum.

right i run the GMER scan but every time i do the computer completely freezes and cannot get to the screen point of saving scan details,trojan is still active at this point.any ideas welcomed

having real problems posting the scan report,every time i try to post internet explorer comes back saying it has encountered a problem,aaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh,any ideas?

You have the OTL log, that is all we need to start

You need to make a topic in the Virus forum, explain any problems you have had there, and we can get working on your fix
