Whenever other users log on to notebook, the following message keeps appearing and unable to do much else.

"Carbonite was unable to access the system registry (error result is 5). Carbonite cannot run without using the registry and program has stopped."

All runs fine under my log on (administrator).

I recently purchased an external hard drive and moved most pics & old docs to external drive. I also did a lot of deleting of stuff I don't use. I may have inadvertantly deleted something I shouldn't have.

Also, I reinstalled carbonite, thinking that it may fix this issue but did not.

Any advice appreciated.
