This is the fourth time I've had to come here, and I didn't even need to post to have my problem solved.

I unfortunately contracted that irritating Vista Guardian trojan, and was freaking out over the removal instructions Google was turning up. End this process, delete these 10 billion registry keys, it was very intimidating. Then I remembered you guys, and searched for my problem on your forums, and you were like, "Pssh. Our malware removal program'll nip that in the bud. For free, even."

And it DID. Took me, from start to finish, about seven minutes. No scary confusing registry key deletions.

You guys ROCK. Thank you for existing and being generally awesome.
