When I try to open my Microsoft Office Outlook, a message in a box appears on the screen saying :

"Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook Window"

I'm not very computer literate, so please be 'gentle' with me, when explaining what I need to do to get my emails back :)

Many Thanks

echucajade,

This is not a problem I have personally encountered with Outlook, but on doing some research, I found the following command seems to have fixed this for everyone who has tried it:

Please go to Start, then type run and hit Enter. In the box that comes up, type the following: Outlook.exe /resetnavpane

Please note the space between "outlook.exe" and the /.

Let me know if that works. :)
