Hi,

A few weeks back, my laptop fully crashed. (Sony Vaio)..I don't know quite how I did it, but I managed to do a recovery and got full use of the laptop again. Night before last, I booted up (using a verizon mobile broadband devise) and brought the internet up. The connection will not hold beyond 2 minutes. I have tried to figure out what is going on..but, all I can figure out is my media connections are disconnected...what keeps altering my "enabled" programs and how do I go about reconnecting my media connections?

Thank you in advance for any help..and I am very elementary in my knowledge..so bear with me.

Hello, islandgirl29920, and welcome to GeeksToGo.

You should call Verizon, and tell them the problem you are having.

My friend has Verizon Mobile Broadband, and any time he has a problem, he just makes a phone call.

They may ask you to bring in the laptop to re-configure your service.

Hope this helps!
